Mihitaryan Alumni Host Father Hagopos Copuryan from Istanbul

On Thursday night, October 9, 2003, Father Hagopos Copuryan of the Istanbul Mihitaryan Academy was the guest of the OIA Mihitaryan Alumni Committee as a part of his weeklong visit to Los Angeles. Father Hagopos first informed the committee members of the current general state of the education, budget, and management of the Mihitaryan Academy. He later touched on the state of the Mihitaryan Academy Foundation and interschool relations. After a question and answer session, the evening culminated by recounting past teachers and students. Father Hagopos and the attendees left the OIA Hall with hopes to meet again in the near future. Father Hagopos left Los Angeles Friday morning for his trip home to Istanbul.
